Linked from every capability, service and training page. No page on this site displays a fee, a price tier, or takes payment — every enquiry is scoped individually and confirmed in writing.
Submitted through our encrypted intake form. A high-level summary is all that's needed — no sensitive material required at this stage. An analyst, not a salesperson, reviews every submission.
A confidential call, typically 30 minutes, with the analyst who would run the engagement. We confirm what is and isn't in scope, and answer your questions directly.
A written engagement letter setting out the work, the deliverable, the timeline, and a fixed fee for the defined scope. Nothing is committed until you sign.
Work starts once the engagement letter is signed and terms agreed.
Scoping calls typically run 30 minutes and are held with the analyst who would be personally accountable for your engagement — not a salesperson. No sensitive material, evidence, or detailed personal information should be shared before this call; a confidentiality agreement is provided before any detailed disclosure is required.
Every engagement is quoted as a fixed fee for a defined scope, confirmed in writing before any work begins. Where the scope of an engagement changes materially once underway — new facts emerge, the client asks for additional work — the basis of any variation is agreed with you in advance, in writing, before it's carried out. We do not publish figures on this site: pricing depends entirely on scope, jurisdiction and complexity, and any number shown without that context would be misleading rather than helpful.
A written report in the format your matter requires — see /method/reporting for the full structure — signed and dated by the named analyst accountable for it. Where relevant, a debrief call is included to walk through findings, and we can advise on realistic onward options, whether that's a solicitor referral, a law enforcement report, or simply a documented answer to close the matter.
Every enquiry is checked for conflicts of interest before a scoping call is arranged, and every proposed engagement is assessed for lawful basis before it's accepted. We decline instructions that would require unlawful methods, that fall inside the categories published on /about as work we will not do, or where the realistic outcome would not justify the work — and we say so at scoping, not after taking a retainer.
Once a scope is agreed and signed, work is invoiced against that scope and settled by bank transfer or a secure payment link issued together with the scope — never before a written scope exists, and never through this website directly.
